Our full-service consultancy typically books out at least 90 days in advance. Like everything, our consulting services are dynamic. By the day, by the month, how big of an impact do you want to have, and how long do you want it to last?

Our 90 day consultancy, which is designed to transform your dealership's identity in every way that moves the metrics that matter, makes happy clients, engaged employees, and managers with clear direction with the motivation to comply with processes that lets you enjoy the biggest missing perk of owning a successful and miraculously efficient store. Time.

Why do we do it?

Big-time consultancies are experts at a lot of things (I spent years with some of the best, and I owe them greatly for the knowledge to open this arm of Dynamic Motorsports and compete with them), but extending your contract year-to-year is one of their specialties. They give great advice to managers/owners and then leave them to... usually do not much tangible for your dealership before the next visit in a couple months, then they act disappointed, but kind of depend on it. The beauty of a faster model is that is that if you ever don't like the results you're not so fully invested with time and money. We know we can move mountains in ninety days, and with the right management team in place, you won't need us anymore. So, yeah, we want to go up against the big dogs in this field, don't you?

After 90 days, you'll have the tangible assets, from daily salesperson/manager checklists to sales process outlines and training guides (with manager guides) for every aspect that matters in your store (customized for every store), as well as best-in-industry hiring and onboarding practices at your fingertips forever. Your managers will be trained to train, will be held accountable and be taught to hold accountable your variables and fixed-ops teams.

These processes revolve around the client experience, elevated by the employee experience, rooted in psychology, and backed by metrics and prior success.

  • Your expenses will be analyzed to find unprofitable spend. Every daily, monthly and yearly expense like will have a metric it's designed to improve. 

  • Every process, which emcompasses any task or behavior an employee is expected to perform in a given day, will be streamlined to create effective, repeatable, and profitable results.

  • Empoyees will be empowered to make decisions, managers will be given the tools to hold them accountable.

Typical Fees (next available full-service consultancy 4/1/25):

Daily In-Store - $1,500

Monthly - $25,000

90 Day Full-Service Complete Dealership Transformation - $75,000

Monthly process maintenance (you won't need this with good managers in place, we can handle that, too) - $5,000
